Cancellation & Payment Policy

To secure your appointment, clients have the option to either pay a deposit at the time of booking or pay the session in full once booked through the Square booking system.

Payment Requirements

A deposit is required before your appointment if you choose not to pay in full at the time of booking.

Any remaining balance must be paid in full by the end of the day on which your session takes place.

Cancellation Policy

Once your appointment has been confirmed through the Square booking system, the appointment time is reserved specifically for you.

If you choose to cancel your appointment after confirmation, a cancellation fee of 70% of the total booking amount will apply.

The 70% cancellation fee is payable regardless of whether you initially paid a deposit or paid the booking in full. Any amount already paid toward the appointment will be credited toward the cancellation fee, with any remaining balance due upon cancellation.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the payment and cancellation terms outlined above.
